My first issue was that my order was forgotten to fill and send. Had a lovely gentleman ring me on a Sunday and apologised after I had sent the email asking about where my purchase was. He was very sympathetic and said when he returns to work on Tuesday he will sort out the problem and ring me. I never received the call, but I did notice a couple of days later the item I ordered had been sent. So now it turned out to be a very late Birthday present for hubby, but it was coming. I was very appreciative of that. Item arrives and it’s packed with a lot of padding, so protected very well. The only issue I had with the packaging is on the outside of the box is an image of what was inside. Well that wrecked my surprise on what my husband was getting because he saw it. Then to discover inside the box the Certificate that is supposed to come with the item is no where to be seen in the box. The item is a limit addition piece. I email to advise the company of it not being in there. I received an email back saying the lady was not in the office today as she was sick. Well that was roughly 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anymore. Very disappointed.
The hoodie was rather thin, I was expecting a thicker fleece style fabric
I also can never understand why shipping is so expensive. I would have bought so many more item over time but the shipping expense always stops me.
