I ordered my dad a jacket, beanie and blanket for his birthday. I didn’t read the description properly and didn’t know it would take 10-14 days to leave the warehouse. I emailed Stephanie in a frazzle as it was a gift. She made sure it was made and shipped within a few days of my email. She went above and beyond and was so polite and courteous while doing so. Will definitely recommend to friend and family and purchase from again on the future.
